Over 100 Clinicians enjoyed our 2007 Lecture, hosted by The Argyle Associates in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the Ottawa Clinical Osseointegration Study Club (est. 1991) Dr. Henry Salama, D.M.D. presented on Friday, October 12, 2007 at the Hampton Inn Congress Centre on Treatment Planning in the Aesthetic Zone.
Dr. Henry Salama is a principal in the renowned practice of Dr. David Garber in the Garber Goldstein & Salama Group in Atlanta. Dr. Salama has received his post-doctoral specialty certificates in both periodontics and periodontal prostheses/fixed prosthodontics from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr.Salama is a former Director of the Implant Research Centre at the University of Pennsylvania and he continues to teach as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Periodontics. He is occupied in private practice at the Garber Goldstein & Salama Group in Atlanta (Team Atlanta). He is on the Editorial Board of http://dentalxp.com; this is a world-acclaimed web-learning site. His current clinical research activities focus on long-term stability of aesthetic soft tissue enhancement techniques, as well as immediate and early loading of root-form implants.
All net proceeds are going towards the Maxillofacial Prosthodontic/ Oral Cancer Program at the Ottawa Hospital.
